After 33 years with the company, Andreas Wenzel, coordinator/head of quality management, occupational safety, environmental protection, energy and data protection, is leaving us for his well-deserved retirement. Mr Wenzel is handing over the baton to his successor Lars Wortberg, who has also been with PIERON for 7 years.
As a farewell, Mr Wenzel presented the new quality management representative and the management with the ISO 14001 recertification for the successful implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system at PIERON. Environmental management places particular emphasis on the careful use of resources and energy, the continuous reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, compliance with applicable environmental regulations and the protection of air and water quality.
