Which spring suits your application?
Every product group has its own strengths. This overview helps you choose, the details are on each product page.
- Wave springs save up to 50 % of axial installation space compared to a compression spring and achieve high spring rates with tight tolerances.
- Compression springs are designed for high static and dynamic loads. Setting and force testing are fully automated.
- Torsion springs generate defined torques in tight spaces, for example in locking systems, gearboxes and clutch systems.
- Clamping rings & lamellar rings are wound in two layers and cut with minimal burr. PIERON supplies more than 300 million rings every year.
- Canted coil springs use every coil as a contact point – for current transmission, EMI shielding and grounding, for example in charging sockets of electric vehicles.
- Stamped bent parts are produced in series on Bihler machines, with tools from our in-house toolmaking.
- Wire bent parts range from simple shapes to complex 3D geometries, made on CNC bending machines with up to 24 axes.
- New developments for e-mobility and renewable energies: customised electromechanical components, developed together with your team.
We produce samples at short notice and adapt packaging to your further processing – for example in trays or blister tape. PIERON is certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
