Engineering and production technology

We at PIERON GmbH are able to develop and design even the most demanding technical springs and stamped bent parts in-house. To manufacture newly developed products in a stable process, we have state-of-the-art production technologies at the highest level at our disposal. Our technical standard enables us, in some cases, to further develop the process technology within PIERON GmbH as part of new developments.

Thanks to state-of-the-art CAD technology, our team of development engineers and tool designers is in constant contact with our customers. This means we can share the data sets we develop directly with our customers at any time.

State-of-the-art monitoring and testing technologies safeguard the subsequent series production of the developed products. In our development work, we do not limit ourselves to our internal developments and processes, but also involve our material suppliers and sub-suppliers, thus driving development forward.

Every day, we take on the challenge of making the impossible possible – because we know what we are talking about! In the spirit of sustainability, our company is involved in our trade association, the VDFI, as well as in the regional associations IHK, AIW and Unternehmerverbandsgruppe.
