Our apprenticeships
Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
You set up production systems, monitor ongoing operations and make sure every part meets our quality standards.
- Duration: 2 years
- Start: 01.09.2026
- Focus: metal and plastics technology
Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
You build, maintain and repair our machines and tools – precision work to within hundredths of a millimetre.
- Duration: 3.5 years
- Start: 01.09.2026
- Focus: precision instruments / maintenance
Industrial clerk (m/f/d)
You get to know all commercial departments: purchasing, sales, HR, controlling and logistics.
- Duration: 3 years
- Start: 01.09.2027
- Focus: commercial processes
IT specialist (m/f/d)
You look after our IT infrastructure, set up networks and systems and are the first point of contact for technical questions.
- Duration: 3 years
- Start: 01.09.2028
- Focus: system integration
