We at PIERON GmbH are able to develop and configure the most sophisticated springs and punched bent parts in-house. To be able to manufacture newly developed products in a stable process, we have state-of-the-art production technologies available that work at the highest level. This standard enables us to also advance the development of process engineering at PIERON GmbH when we make innovations.

Our team, comprising development engineers and tooling designers, is in a constant exchange with our customers thanks to state-of-the-art CAD technology. This way, we can share our developed datasets directly with our customers.

State-of-the-art monitoring and testing technologies verify the subsequent series manufacturing of the developed products. In the development work, we do not limit ourselves to our internal innovations and processes, but involve our material suppliers and subcontractors and thereby push the development further ahead.

We take on the challenge of making the impossible possible on a daily basis – because we know what we are talking about! In the context of sustainability, our company is making a commitment by being a member of our industry association, the VDFI, and the regional associations IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), AIW and the entrepreneurs' association.
