For large quantities, we offer a technology shift to stamping and forming processes to increase your cost-effectiveness with this more economical production method. In addition, we provide well-engineered packaging solutions, such as tray systems – which are ideally suited for automated downstream processing. The required tooling is designed and manufactures in-house at our own toolmaking facility.

At PIERON, even complex geometries are manufactured with high dimensional accuracy and reproducibility using multi-axis CNC-controlled wire bending machines with up to 24 axes, ensuring reliable functionalty even within thight tolerances. Precision through technology: Tight tolerances are maintained through advanced camera-based monitoring systemsintegrated directly into the production process.
The production of wire bent parts is carried out in a multi-stage manufaturing process. First, suitable wire materials and profiles are selected. These include cold-drawn round wires made of spring steel, stainless steel wires, or special alloys, depending on the application. High-precision CNC wire bending machines(with up to 24 axes) are used to form the wire into complex three-dimensional geometries. If required, automated assembly of subcomponents is performed directly within the production flow. PIERON's in-house toolmaking department ensures minimal lead times and maximum process stability for custom solutions in series production.
The independent development and manufacturing of tooling also ensures a high level of process quality and flexibility. In addition, PIERON offers rapid prototype and sample productionto support short development cycles.
