Construction work for the new building. An area of about 3,000 square meters will start at the end of November 2014.

Pieron GmbH Company has been at its current location, Schlavenhorst 41, at the Mussum industrial park in Bocholt ever since 1990. Since then, the company has already expanded the production and administration area twice.

Now the third and final construction phase on the site is about to begin. In line with the handover of the baton to the two managing directors, Sven Pieron and Christian Fehler, in March 2014, Gisela Pieron and her managing directors decided to further expand the production and logistics area in the industrial park. It was important to her to accompany the decision and planning for this further expansion as a partner.

The earthworks for the next construction phase started at the end of September 2014.

Pieron will expand its capacities on a further 3,000 square metres of logistics and production space.

This decision was prompted by the company's ever-expanding product range and extremely positive growth in a wide range of markets. In addition to the already established products such as clamping rings, compression springs and wire bending parts, Pieron GmbH is growing especially in the segments of special compression springs and stamped bending parts.

These special compression springs are used, for example, to support electromechanical drives when opening and closing automotive tailgates, as in the Porsche Macan or BMW X3 models. More and more current projects in the automotive industry are being equipped with Pieron springs. In addition, the proportion of stamped and bent part production on so-called Bihler automatic machines is also increasing.

In order to develop further as a strategic supplier, Pieron urgently needs production, logistics and administration space. Because the engineers are already developing new springs and solutions for the automobiles of tomorrow. But the electrical and energy technology sectors are also increasingly relying on the quality of Pieron's spring development.
