E-Mobility
The exciting future of renewable energies and e-mobility raises a multitude of questions about drive solutions, energy storage systems and power electronics. PIERON GmbH provides innovative answers with the help of highly developed manufacturing technologies for customer-specific electromechanical components.
We see ourselves as a development partner for those companies that want to optimize their components while also having a reliable series supplier at their side. Together with you, we will shape the emission-free world of tomorrow. We would like to develop and invest with you, please contact us! Let’s make a difference together!
canted coil springs
PIERON's Canted coil springs are ideal for mechanical connections and for transmitting electrical currents. Each individual coil serves as a contact point, compensating for tolerances or vibrations and enabling the maximum electrical current to be achieved. EMI shielding and grounding can also be implemented with the canted coil spring. Together with its customers, PIERON develops the right solution, e.g. for use in connectors on the electric motors or in charging stations.

Contact terminals
The contact terminals from PIERON connect busbars, wires, cores and electrical cables. Once installed, they ensure permanent and secure connection. Our development team is at your disposal for individual solutions (e.g. clamping force design, anti-loss protection, and much more)!

Busbars
Development phase
Busbars are used to distribute power in electric vehicles. Plastic overmoulding provides electrical insulation for copper and aluminum busbars, ensuring safe distribution of high-voltage currents. Custom-shaped geometries ensure a maximum degree of automation during installation.
There are numerous design options – from stamped or bent parts to coatings with stripped ends to pre-assembled components, such as connectors or frame clamps.

Wound coils / chokes
Development phase
Edgewise wound coils or chokes made of flat and round materials limit currents in electrical cables. Areas of application are the power supplies of electrical devices and power electronics. They are indispensable for photovoltaic inverters, power generation, charging systems for electric cars, and other high-current applications.

HV connectors
Development phase
High-voltage connectors (shielding sleeves) protect conductive or surrounding components in charging plugs from electrical and magnetic fields. HV-connectors are suitable for the transmission of large electrical energy currents. They can be used for energy transmission or electrical connection between two electrical systems.
