Adventure Company at PIERON

We were delighted to welcome eight pupils from Bocholt to our program for the #AdventureCompany.

The pupils were welcomed by Sven Pieron and Martin Jonetzkofrom the Duisburg employers' association, before our training manager Jennifer Steffens and the motivated apprentices took over with an exciting program. At our trainee mobile, the pupils were shown examples of where PIERON products are installed - safety first when buckling up, braking and opening the trunk lid!

After a short tour through our production with stops at running machines, it was time to get involved in the training workshop. For example, the students were able to wind springs themselves - an exciting task that requires precision, accuracy and the right amount of force and is a real challenge.

In addition to explanations of pneumatic circuits, PIERON's hot wire and personalization with our laser, the questions of the interested students were answered and explained using the practical examples on display.
